These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of morphpix. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use morphpix.
The service
morphpix is an AI-powered tool for editing the text inside images. It lets you replace, remove, or add text within an uploaded image. The edited result is generated by AI and returned to you.
Your account
You need an account to use morphpix. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload or create content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or otherwise adult in nature. This includes AI-generated or AI-edited adult content of any kind, which is strictly prohibited.
- Depicts, alters, or manipulates a real person’s face, likeness, or body, including deepfakes, face-swaps, or any face-manipulation, especially in a sexual, defamatory, or deceptive manner.
- Infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
- Violates another person’s privacy, or uses their likeness without permission.
- Is intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate, or that you have no right to edit.
We prohibit using morphpix to create adult, NSFW, or sexually explicit content, or to produce deepfakes or other deceptive manipulations of real people. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without notice.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the images you upload. You are responsible for the content you upload and you confirm that you have the right to use and edit it. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the images that morphpix generates for you for any lawful purpose. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or your results.
Plans & billing
morphpix offers a Free plan and a Pro plan at $9.99 per month. Each plan has its own usage limits. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund Policy.
AI output disclaimer
morphpix uses AI to generate edited images. The results are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any result will be accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AI output can be unpredictable, and you are responsible for reviewing results before you use them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, morphpix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using morphpix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that misuse the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. By continuing to use morphpix after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
