Terms of Service

Version 2.0 · Effective July 26, 2026

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Kai Liu, an individual developer operating MorphPix under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. MorphPix is an independent web-based AI image generation and editing service available at https://morphpix.com.

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using MorphPix, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Refund Policy, and have authority to act for any organization you represent.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use MorphPix.

1. The Service

MorphPix provides AI-assisted image generation, image editing, background removal or replacement, image upscaling, and related image workflows. MorphPix is a digital software-as-a-service product delivered through the internet.

Paid access is normally activated after successful payment confirmation. MorphPix may add, remove, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, provider availability, or service stability.

Some workflows depend on third-party model developers, inference infrastructure, hosting providers, and payment providers.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MorphPix. You must provide accurate account information and maintain access to the email address associated with your account.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access. Report suspected unauthorized use to support@morphpix.com.

If you use MorphPix for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Free Credits and Pro Subscription

Free accounts receive 10 lifetime credits. These credits are granted once, do not automatically replenish, cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for money, or refunded.

MorphPix Pro costs US$19 per month and includes 400 credits for each successfully paid billing period. MorphPix currently does not offer an annual subscription, separately purchased credit packs, or automatic credit top-ups.

Subscription credits reset to 400 after each successfully paid new billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over into the next billing period and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money.

Different models and operations may require different numbers of credits. Current credit costs are shown in the product interface.

4. Recurring Billing Authorization

By selecting MorphPix Pro, providing a payment method, and completing checkout, you expressly authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to charge the applicable US$19 monthly subscription fee, plus any taxes or charges displayed during checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period until you cancel it.

New MorphPix Pro subscriptions are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record. Waffo Pancake handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks. MorphPix does not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its application servers.

Where applicable, a subscription created through an earlier payment provider may continue to be managed by that provider until the subscription ends.

Future price changes apply only to future billing periods. MorphPix will provide reasonable advance notice of material subscription price changes.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an active subscription online through the subscription or billing controls in your MorphPix Dashboard or Account Settings.

If the online cancellation control is temporarily unavailable, you may contact support@morphpix.com from your registered email address.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your Pro access remains available until the end of the billing period that has already been paid. At the end of that period, remaining subscription credits expire and the account returns to the Free plan.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your MorphPix account, saved history, or other account data. Account deletion is a separate privacy request.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the MorphPix Refund Policy.

A first-time Pro subscriber may request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge if no more than 40 credits have been used.

Duplicate charges are eligible for a full refund after verification.

A verified material service outage within MorphPix’s reasonable control that lasts at least 72 continuous hours may qualify for a proportional refund, account credit, or extension of service.

Refund rights required by applicable consumer law remain available regardless of this voluntary policy.

Subscription periods with substantial usage are generally not refundable. Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are generally not eligible for a voluntary refund, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.

A completed refund may remove the Pro access and subscription credits associated with the refunded payment. A refund for an older billing period must not remove access supported by a later valid payment.

7. Billing Questions and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@morphpix.com before initiating a payment dispute when reasonably possible.

MorphPix aims to acknowledge billing inquiries within 2 business days and to provide a resolution for confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to contact your bank, payment provider, card issuer, regulator, or consumer-protection authority.

8. User Inputs

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, uploaded images, editing instructions, and other content you submit to MorphPix.

You grant MorphPix a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, perform security and safety checks, prevent abuse, maintain account history, investigate technical problems, respond to reports, and comply with law.

You must have all rights and permissions required to upload and process content through MorphPix.

MorphPix does not use user content to train MorphPix-owned AI models without the user’s explicit consent. Third-party model and infrastructure providers may process content under their own terms and privacy policies.

9. AI Outputs and Intellectual Property

As between you and MorphPix, MorphPix grants you the rights in generated or edited outputs that MorphPix is legally able to grant.

This does not guarantee that an output is free from third-party rights. Outputs may be subject to copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, model-provider, or other legal restrictions.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming necessary permissions, and determining whether an output is suitable for publication, advertising, ecommerce, resale, or other commercial use.

MorphPix does not guarantee that any output is unique, registrable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Third-Party AI Models and Independent Branding

MorphPix is an independent product. Third-party model developers, model providers, and inference platforms do not sponsor, endorse, operate, or control MorphPix unless MorphPix expressly states otherwise.

The model family, model developer, and relevant inference provider for a workflow are identified on the corresponding model or product page where available.

Replicate, when used, provides model hosting or inference infrastructure and must not be treated as the developer of every model available through MorphPix.

Availability, performance, safety controls, and output characteristics may be affected by third-party providers.

11. Acceptable Use

You must use MorphPix lawfully and comply with the MorphPix Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits, among other things, pornography and NSFW content, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, graphic violence, hate speech, deepfakes and impersonation of real people, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, malware, phishing, security attacks, and attempts to bypass moderation or platform controls.

Users may report suspected violations through the MorphPix Report Content or Abuse page at /report or by emailing support@morphpix.com.

MorphPix reviews available content, job metadata, provider information, account activity, and supporting evidence before deciding whether the Acceptable Use Policy was violated and whether enforcement action is appropriate.

MorphPix may block requests, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, remove platform-controlled content, or preserve limited safety records when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules.

13. Service and AI Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORPHPIX IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

MorphPix does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular model or feature, permanent storage, output accuracy, output uniqueness, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI-generated and AI-edited outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, misleading, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable.

Do not rely on MorphPix outputs as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Review important outputs yourself and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kai Liu and MorphPix are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability arising from MorphPix will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant MorphPix service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit the relevant limitation.

15. Suspension and Termination

MorphPix may block a request, restrict a feature, suspend an account, or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, suspected fraud, abusive chargebacks, security attacks, attempts to bypass moderation, legal requirements, or conduct that creates material risk to users, providers, or MorphPix.

Where MorphPix permanently terminates prepaid access for reasons unrelated to the user’s breach, MorphPix will handle the unused prepaid portion in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.

You may request account deletion through support@morphpix.com.

16. Governing Law and Informal Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and MorphPix should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting support@morphpix.com.

These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement or an exclusive court jurisdiction that has not otherwise been agreed or required by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

MorphPix may update these Terms as the service, law, providers, or business model changes.

For material changes, MorphPix will aim to provide at least 14 days’ advance notice through the registered email address, Dashboard notice, or website notice, unless a shorter period is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or urgent operational reasons.

The effective date and version will be displayed on this page.
