Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content

MorphPix prohibits generating, editing, uploading, storing, or distributing the following six categories through the service:

1. Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit content, sexually suggestive content, or other NSFW content.
2. Graphic violence, gore, glorification of violence, or content that incites violence.
3. Hate speech, hateful conduct, discrimination, or dehumanizing content targeting protected groups.
4. Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, sexualized depictions of minors, or other child-unsafe content.
5. Deepfakes, face swaps, face manipulation, impersonation, or deceptive identity edits involving real people.
6. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

These categories are prohibited individually and are not replaced by a general “harmful content” exception.

MorphPix applies zero tolerance to:

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
• Sexual exploitation of minors or attempts to facilitate such exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate content.
• Non-consensual sexual deepfakes targeting real people.
• Sexual violence, rape, incest, or bestiality.
• Terrorist or extremist propaganda, recruitment, or operational support.
• Incitement of mass violence, genocide, or ethnic hatred.
• Technical instructions intended to facilitate weapons of mass destruction.
• Credible threats of imminent serious harm.

MorphPix may block the request immediately, preserve limited safety records, terminate access, and report conduct to competent authorities where required by law.

You must not use MorphPix to:

• Commit fraud or create deceptive commercial content.
• Impersonate a person, brand, company, institution, or public authority.
• Generate or spread knowingly false or materially misleading content intended to cause harm.
• Create spam, phishing content, malware, credential theft, or cyberattack tools.
• Expose passwords, API keys, complete payment data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person.
• Circumvent moderation, jailbreak safety systems, evade account limits, or interfere with platform security.
• Systematically scrape, harvest, or extract outputs at scale without written authorization.
• Resell or sublicense access without written authorization.
• Use MorphPix inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, distill, benchmark, or develop a competing model without written authorization.
• Present AI-generated content as the work of a licensed doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or other professional where doing so could cause harm.
• Violate applicable law, card-network rules, payment-provider rules, or third-party rights.

MorphPix uses multiple safety controls appropriate to the current product architecture.

User-controlled prompts and editing instructions may be automatically screened before an image job is created.

Uploaded files are checked for supported format, size, and technical validity. Additional image-safety controls may be applied by MorphPix or the relevant model or inference provider where supported.

Generated or edited outputs may be subject to provider safety controls, automated checks available to the relevant workflow, and review following a user, rights-holder, safety, or legal report.

If a request is unsafe, moderation is unavailable, or a safety decision is inconclusive, MorphPix may block the request or withhold the output.

Automated systems and provider safety systems can make mistakes. Users may report content or request reconsideration.

MorphPix does not claim to operate a 24-hour moderation team or to provide guaranteed review times.

You may report:

• Child-safety concerns.
• Pornography or NSFW content.
• Graphic violence or hate speech.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or identity abuse.
• Copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or privacy-right infringement.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, or security abuse.
• Attempts to bypass moderation or platform controls.
• Other violations of this Policy.

A useful report should include the relevant page or feature, an available job or record identifier, a description of the concern, and supporting rights information where an intellectual-property claim requires it.

Do not send passwords, complete card information, card security codes, unnecessary identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

MorphPix handles reports according to the following principles:

• Confidentiality: Reporter information is limited to people and providers who reasonably need it to review or resolve the report.
• Evidence-based review: Decisions are based on available content, metadata, account activity, provider information, and supporting evidence.
• Priority: Child-safety reports, credible imminent-harm reports, and serious criminal conduct receive priority.
• Proportionality: Enforcement considers severity, context, repetition, user history, legal obligations, and available evidence.
• Anti-abuse: Malicious, fraudulent, or knowingly false reports may be recorded and may result in restrictions.

MorphPix does not promise a review time that it cannot reliably meet. Reports are reviewed within a reasonable period based on severity and available information.

MorphPix may use the following process:

1. Receive and record the report.
2. Perform an initial severity and category assessment.
3. Review relevant content, job metadata, provider information, and account activity.
4. Decide whether the Policy was violated.
5. Apply appropriate enforcement.
6. Notify affected users where appropriate and lawful.
7. Cooperate with competent authorities where required by law.

Available enforcement actions include:

• Blocking a prompt or generation request.
• Withholding or restricting access to an output.
• Removing or restricting platform-controlled content or records.
• Restricting models, credits, or product features.
• Temporarily suspending an account.
• Permanently terminating access.
• Preserving limited safety evidence.
• Reporting serious unlawful activity where required by law.

A user who receives an enforcement notice may request reconsideration within 14 days by emailing support@morphpix.com.

The request should identify the relevant account, job, or enforcement decision and explain why the user believes the decision was incorrect.

MorphPix will re-examine the available evidence and relevant automated or provider decisions.

A reconsideration request does not guarantee that the original decision will be reversed.

MorphPix provides AI-generated and AI-edited content.

Users must not intentionally conceal the AI-generated nature of content when doing so would deceive another person, create false evidence, impersonate a real person, or violate law or third-party rights.

Users are responsible for reviewing content before publication, commercial use, or reliance.

MorphPix is an independent product and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated, or controlled by third-party model developers or inference providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

MorphPix may update this Policy as product capabilities, law, safety risks, or provider requirements change.

For material changes, MorphPix aims to provide at least 14 days’ notice through email, the Dashboard, or a website notice, unless urgent safety or legal circumstances require faster action.
