1. First Subscription Refund
A first-time MorphPix Pro subscriber may request a refund within 7 calendar days after the initial subscription charge if no more than 40 credits have been used.
The 40-credit limit equals 10% of the 400 credits included in a paid billing period.
This voluntary refund rule does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
2. Other Eligible Refunds
The following may qualify for a refund after verification:
- A duplicate charge caused by a billing error.
- Paid access that was not activated because of a confirmed MorphPix billing or entitlement error.
- A material MorphPix service outage within MorphPix’s reasonable control that lasted at least 72 continuous hours. MorphPix may provide a proportional refund, account credit, or extension of service.
- Any refund required by applicable consumer law.
3. Generally Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally not eligible for a voluntary refund:
- Subscription periods with more than 40 credits used.
- Dissatisfaction with an AI output after the service was successfully provided.
- Unused subscription credits that expired at the end of a billing period.
- Free credits, which have no cash value.
- Accounts terminated because of a material violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Requests based on circumstances outside MorphPix’s reasonable control, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send the request to support@morphpix.com from the email address associated with your MorphPix account.
Include:
- Your MorphPix account email.
- The order or transaction identifier.
- The payment date.
- The reason for the request.
- Any relevant information about duplicate billing or service failure.
Do not send your password, complete card number, card security code, or unnecessary identity documents.
MorphPix reviews billing and refund requests within a reasonable period based on the information available and the payment provider’s processing requirements.
5. Processing and Effect of a Refund
Approved refunds are sent through Waffo and the original payment method.
New MorphPix Pro subscriptions are processed through Waffo. The seller or merchant-of-record identity and transaction terms displayed at checkout or on the receipt govern the payment transaction. Where Waffo is identified as the merchant of record, Waffo handles the applicable payment processing, taxes, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks for that transaction. MorphPix does not store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its application servers.
Approved refunds are submitted through Waffo as soon as reasonably practicable. The time for funds to appear depends on Waffo, the bank, and the card issuer.
A completed refund may remove the Pro access and subscription credits associated with the refunded payment.
A refund for an older billing period must not remove access supported by a later valid payment.
A refund does not automatically delete the user’s MorphPix account or other eligible account data.
6. Legal Rights and Contact
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits withdrawal rights, refund rights, chargeback rights, or other consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
