This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for morphpix subscriptions. If you have any issue with a payment, please contact us first — we want to make it right.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@morphpix.com with your account email and a short description of your request. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Our refund rules
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel:
- Your plan stays active for the rest of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again once the current period ends.
- Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, which is standard for digital services.
If something went wrong — for example a duplicate or accidental charge — contact us and we will review it.
How to cancel
Open your dashboard and click Manage subscription. This takes you to the Creem customer portal, where you can cancel your plan.
Payment processing
Creem is our Merchant of Record and handles the technical side of payments and refunds. Once we approve a refund, Creem processes the return to your original payment method.
